The comfort and safety of the passenger particularly on long flights across the seas or oceans dictates primarily the construction, shape and design of the seats. C.S.O. is a proud supplier of many components starting with anchoring legs between the seat parts and the floor for which the high requirement for dynamic resistance is defined. Further, also the assembled sub-assemblies of the retracting tables.
Because most of the components are visible to the passengers, we encounter very high requirements for visual quality here. C.S.O. works with the fact that quality cannot be controlled but must be made. It is just for this reason that the so-called Acceptance Standards that are respected by the employees are approved for a similar portfolio.
