Prototype production
The high investment demands on innovation and increase of effectiveness require the designers to come up with new solutions, which may however mean a substantial risk of a paradoxically worse result in the case of an erroneous calculation or simulation. Before start of series production, it is possible to test the pilot samples and it is only in the case of results identical to the assignment that series production can start.
During the prototype production phase, C.S.O. maximally accommodates its customers particularly with regard to a very short delivery deadline. In other words, after assignment of the order the customer gets pilot products in the order of a few days depending on the demandingness of the products, the eventual requirement for special tools, the necessity to process the FAI, etc.
