CNC Lathe shaping
State-of-the-art machining centres equipped with driven tools guarantee the highly productive manufacturing of not only the rotary shape of manufactured components. The highly demanding shape of the components can be maintained with a precision of up to IT6. The manufacturing planning section chooses from a broad range of the company’s technological options according to the character of the product to ensure the highest price/performance ratio particularly in connection with the manufactured quantity. The company facilities include the technologies necessary to manufacture only a single original as well as a medium series and even production of thousands of pieces on Manurhin Swiss type automatic machines.
Turning of prototypes
The prototype workshop with cutting-edge equipment offers an opportunity to all industrial partners to collaborate in the production of functional models and prototypes. The workshop is intended mainly for practical implementation of the research and development results. The machines are available to external subjects under market, transparent and non-discriminatory conditions.
