Measuring devices
The highly time efficient operation of the evaluation of OK/NOK preform can be performed using a measuring jig, which has slots for both Go and NoGo exterior parts preforms, but also the cylindrical calibres screw-jointed to the plate, again in Go and NoGo mode. The tolerance field is in the order of thousands of a millimetre.
The measuring devices are usually anodized in colour according to the customer requirements – most often in red, green or blue colour. The individual positions on the measuring device are laser marked. A matter of course is the extreme requirement for the perfect visual appearance of the measuring devices.
