Buffer blocks
The closing force in hundreds of tons under the kinematics of modern day injection moulding presses requires the final travel of the blocks that weigh tons in the machines in short time intervals and with a high precision. C.S.O. supplies the buffer blocks with a precision of hundredths of millimetres on material with a hardness of more than 30 Rockwells. C.S.O. achieves final precision on the Okamoto surface grinding machine. To ensure long-term maintenance of premium quality, the Cpk procedure is applied here. Of course, these parts are printed by laser according to the requirement of the customer.
