Injector cabin with filter

The injector cabin is a compressed air shot blasting machine, which is used for shot blasting of small and medium sized workpieces. The blasting is performed manually. The worker inserts his hands into the working area through the oval openings on the front side of the cabin. To prevent shot escape, the hand openings are equipped with gloves made of wear resistant rubberised material. The workpieces are put into the workspace through doors (tilting or side doors), or through pass-through side openings. The blasting process is started and stopped using a foot switch (types OT 1000 and 1500).

The standard equipment:

• stable steel sheet cabin with doors (tilting or side doors)
• complete protective covering of the workin area with exchangable rubber curtains
• removable collecting funnel on the bottom part for collecting of blasted shot (quickly exchangable)
• mechanical rotary table with 250 kg loading capacity (for types OT 1000 and 1500)
• injector blasting unit including blasting head with boron carbide nozzle (10mm diameter)
• air blasting pistol for the cleaning of workpieces after blasting (for types OT 1000 and 1500)
