MEASURING
Components measuring is carried out according to the character and precision of the part. Universally,two ways are used:
- 3D measuring machines evaluating
- manual evaluating by gauges, micromoters
A combination of these two ways is used to make FAI reports (First Article Inspection) – each dimension of the drawing has
the identification, which is checked and written into a table with all values.
All equipment is calibred at regular intervals.
LK G-90C 3D measuring
Inspection is done on 3D CMM LK G-90C – this machine belongs to the series of the most precise measuting machines. They are called
as crane types and the the country of origin is Great Britain.
All axes are motor driven and simultaneously stored on air bearings. Measuring rulers produced by Renishaw provide the most precise
evaluation of the position.
The measuring process is done in an air-conditioned room with universally valid rules.
Measurement methods:
- Programmed measuring – for componens, jigs control. Based on a programme, the machine evaluates the basic ranging, diameters, perpendicularity, concentricity, flatness ect.
- Model maesuring – for shaper parts measuring – mouldings, castings, plastic and metal components, shaped parts for forms and electrods (copper, graphite), a possibility to measure polystyrene models act. Model measuring provides the possibility of finding measurements, which cannot be determined the other way.
The process is done on the basic of 3D model. The dimensions can be measured everywhere – must be marked in pc and the machine gives a deviation between the real part and the model. Used formats: *.SAT,*. IGES, *.PRT, *.x_t

Tesa Micro Hite 3D DCC-i M8 454 measuring
Tesa MicroHite 3D is a computer-controlled measuring machine made by Swiss company Tesa. It is able to measure all of the common
elements like: a point, line, plane, ball, cone, cylinder and it evaluates their relationship like: a distance, angle, shape and position
tolerance..
Used programme can balance the measured part easily and start the measuring the elements and 3D shapes. The measured programme
is shown in the programme at the same time. All of the important dimensions are continously shown at the result window together with
a numeric position of the measuring and with a symbol of the measured element. It is possible to make a construction between these
values and evaluate tolerances.
